Appointed as a Research Adjunct at State University of New York College at Buffalo (SUNY) between 2009 and 2011
Received PhD from Texas Tech University under the guidance of Professor Michael F Mayer in August 2017
My research during PhD mostly focused on [2]rotaxane synthesis, polymer chemistry, catalysis, photo-redox chemistry, anti-cancer agent synthesis, and ionic liquids
Joined the Stoddart Mechanostereochemistry Group as a Postdoctoral Fellow in September 2017
During Postdoctoral Fellowship, worked on the design, creation and characterization of chemical compounds and materials for various end uses including but not limited to molecular electronics, energy harvesting and storage, and separations technology with Professor Sir J Fraser Stoddart at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, USA
Joined Kadir Has University (KHU) as a Visiting Scholar (2020) and an Assistant Professor (2021) in Istanbul, Turkey
Currently working as an Assistant Professor at KHU and Department Chair of Molecular Biology and Genetics
